Ordering
- Please note that all Baksa jewelry is handmade, one of a kind and represents a great deal of time and care taken in it's creation.
- The same time and care is taken with each customer relationship. You can expect direct communication and followup to any questions.
- You will be contacted to confirm your order via email.
- Almost all Baksa jewelry is one of a kind and therefore subject to prior sale. The Online Store is updated daily, however it is possible a piece has sold since the last update. Should this happen the piece will fail to appear in your cart.
- In the case of rings, this is the time to request and confirm sizing. This is included in the price within reason. Most rings are between 7-7 3/4 when created.
- If in doubt, it is best to order then decide on size after receiving the ring. Once sized, rings are not returnable.
- Necklaces can be made shorter or longer as is possible, please contact us with your requirements. Once again, once altered, the necklace is not returnable.
Shipping Policies
- We offer free ground shipping via USPS Registered Mail Restricted Delivery. Please note that this can take anywhere from 3-6 business days, but it is the most secure option.
- Orders will be shipped within 3 business days providing credit card processing is complete.
- Packages will be fully insured and will require an adult signature and positive ID upon delivery. The customer will be contacted in advance to be sure that they will be available to receive the package.
- Please note that we can only ship to the billing address listed on the credit card used for the order.
- Any purchase that does not meet our security guidelines will be refunded at Baksa Studio Art Jewelry's discretion as soon as is reasonably possible.
- For insurance reasons, we are unable to ship internationally.
Returns and Exchanges
- Items in original, unworn and unaltered condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of the day you receive the package. Scratched, scuffed or in any way damaged items are not eligible.
- In the case of a gift that is received after 10 days from package arrival, it may be returned for an exchange only.
Any item that has been unset, reset, or in any other way altered by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange. Rings that have been sized, even by us are not eligible for return or exchange.
Any reports, tags, boxes, and merchandising materials must be returned with the item.
The customer must pay all return shipping and insurance costs.

Place jewelry with original packing in the inner box and seal within a medium Priority Mail box as it came to you. Registered Insured is the most economical for items over $1200. Registered mails allows no plastic tape on the outer box.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchage.
