Larimar is the ony gemstone that occurs in the Carribean. It forms in hollows in lava in the Dominican Republic. Hemimorphite in a soft, soft blue with a drusy (crystalline) surface, makes this piece a mirror of tropical waters.    Bezel setting, with hammered texture frame.
